Daniher’s Drive is Back!
From Thursday 13 October-Sunday 16 October 2022, Daniher’s Drive will traverse 895 kilometres through the towns of Myrtleford and Bright, before heading over the Great Dividing Range to Lakes Entrance and Warragul. The event gives all participants the opportunity to visit these regional communities and continue to support their recovery from the 2022 bushfires and impact of COVID-19 lockdowns.
Hosting community activities and nightly events as the popular event journeys across Victoria, the Drive also offers the opportunity to connect with regional families who have been touched by Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
Fundraising sits at the heart of Daniher’s Drive, with each team raising a minimum of $5000 to take part, although many Drive teams consistently exceed this amount. And with this much awaited event only months away, Daniher’s Drive hopes to raise more than $1,000,000 for the fight against MND.
This goal is more attainable with the generous donation by Jayco, one of Australia’s most popular brands of caravans and RVs, offering a Jayco Starcraft Bushpack Caravan 2022 valued at $61,990 as the major prize for the Daniher’s Drive raffle.
With tickets priced at $50 each, proceeds from the raffle will support the Drive as well as MND research and care for those living with MND. The raffle runs from 13 July-14 October 2022 and is open to residents in Victoria, New South Wales, Northern Territory and Tasmania. Tickets are available online.
