Power solutions

Lithium batteries

Advice for new campers

“We ask customers to measure how many amps/watts their AC and 12V appliances require as well as how long they will need to run them,” Sales Manager, Ian Ferguson said. “From there, we can determine what size battery, inverter, or power station they would need.”

One of the common mistakes people make, according to Ian, is not monitoring their power system.

“We recommend they purchase our iTECHBM500 monitoring system or even one of our smaller/simpler volt meters to keep track of their battery levels. This will allow them to track all power feeding through their system whether that be mains, solar or anything in between.

“If they have one of our power stations, simply keep an eye on the detailed display on the unit. This will help manage how much power you have available.”
