On The Move Storm specifications

The On the Move Storm is a neat offering. Essentially, it’s fitted with most, if not all, the features that we caravanners now expect, in a single-axle format.

Storage

For a van of somewhat modest dimensions, it’s not short on external storage space. An excellent, deep toolbox sits up front. The lid snaps open and shut on sturdy gas struts, and stays shut thanks to solid, lockable catches.

The space is augmented by the tunnel boot which, due to the nearside barbie, can only be accessed from the offside.

Internal layout

For a single-axle van nudging only 5.5m in length, On the Move has pulled off quite a trick. The company has managed to fit all the gear for comfy vanning, including a full-width rear bathroom, without things feeling cramped.

The verdict

The Storm does justice to the reputation that On the Move has been building over the last few years. It was a fun, nimble getaway machine that kept to heel when towed on the open highway and on unpaved roads and soft tracks.
