JB Group Acquires Network RV Intellectual Property
JB Group International has announced the acquisition of the intellectual property (IP) of Network RV, adding another well-known Australian caravan brand to its growing portfolio.
The Melbourne-based manufacturer confirmed the deal was completed on 10 July 2026, marking another significant step in the continued evolution of Australia's RV industry.
The acquisition follows Network RV entering voluntary administration in June 2026, with SV Partners appointed as administrators. Established in 2014 by Joe Markovic, Network RV built a strong reputation for producing brands including Victory Caravans, NextGen Caravans, Network RV Caravans and Vancraft Caravans from its manufacturing facility in Epping, Victoria.
A Bigger Stable of Australian Brands

For JB Group, the acquisition further strengthens an already impressive line-up of Australian RV brands. The company already owns JB Caravans, JB Motorhomes, New Age Caravans, New Age Motorhomes, Traveller Caravans, LPT Caravans, Paradise Luxury Motor Homes, EcoPower World, eTime RV Parts & Accessories and Aussie RV Parts.
Over the past decade, JB Group has steadily expanded its footprint through a combination of manufacturing growth and strategic acquisitions. Bringing the Network RV brands into the fold continues that strategy and reinforces the company's position as one of Australia's largest RV manufacturers.
What Does This Mean for Existing Owners?
One of the biggest questions following the announcement is what it means for existing Network RV owners.
While the purchase relates to Network RV's intellectual property and does not include the company's previous warranty liabilities, JB Group has indicated it intends to work with both dealers and customers to better understand outstanding warranty matters.
The company says it will engage directly with affected owners and dealer partners before outlining a clear process for addressing unresolved issues. More information is expected to be released over the coming weeks.
Looking Ahead
JB Group has also made it clear that it sees long-term value in the Network RV brands, acknowledging their loyal customer base and reputation for Australian-built caravans.
While details around future product plans are yet to be announced, the company has signalled its intention to build on the brands' existing foundations rather than start from scratch.
For the wider caravan industry, the acquisition represents another major consolidation among Australian manufacturers. As the market continues to evolve, it will be interesting to see how JB Group develops the Network RV brands and what opportunities this creates for both dealers and customers.
