The wait is over — the new Cruisemaster Towing Performance Centre (TPC) in Melbourne is now open.
Victorian caravan owners can now access specialised towing and suspension servicing closer to home, with the official opening of Cruisemaster’s new TPC in Keysborough, Vic.
Located in Melbourne’s southeast, the new facility brings the same comprehensive towing and suspension services that have been available at the original Brisbane centre since 2018. Both centres focus on optimising towing setups for caravans, campers and tow vehicles — analysing them separately and together with safety, legal compliance and performance as top priorities.
Among the services on offer are the standard 10,000km or 12-month suspension checks for all trailer tyres, underbody repairs, retrofits, ATM upgrades and towing-related vehicle builds. The team also offers Cruisemaster’s complimentary 1000km check for eligible Cruisemaster-equipped customers (within six months and 1000km of purchase).
One key offering is the detailed tow weight assessment, which helps travellers understand their load limits and avoid common compliance issues. For $75 (including GST), the team weights the setup in three stages: the tow vehicle, the trailer and then the combination, to provide a complete picture of axle loads and gross combined mass (GCM).
Cruisemaster’s Towing Performance Centre aims to support travellers heading off on major trips or simply wanting peace of mind before hitting the road, and the Aussie brand has designed the Melbourne facility to meet growing demand in the southern states and provide local support for its suspension systems and towing accessories.
