New sites for North Haven's Jacaranda Caravan Park
We have featured the Jacaranda Caravan Park (Top Tourist Park) at North Haven, NSW, previously in Caravan World (CW Jan ’14) and popped in for another look when we were in the area recently.
It was very pleasing to see that the Ellis family has undertaken the planned removal of some annual vans and new sites for travellers were being installed, with new power/water towers already in.
Double concrete slabs make the sites easy to access and ensure the van is level. A leased area on the front of the park has been purchased, confirming its continuation as caravan sites rather than a potential housing development.
In a further move to meet the requirements of vanners staying in the park, Tania and her son Matthew have completed a major renovation of the amenities block since our previous visit.
The stylish new tiles and fittings are complemented by a Dyson air blade hand drier, seemingly the gold standard these days.
