Based in Melbourne, Willow RV Caravans has made a name for itself in Australia’s caravanning scene, recognised for its lightweight but robust vans that are designed for Aussie adventures. But there’s some exciting news for Willow RV fans — the manufacturer has officially entered the motorhome market, marking a new chapter for the Aussie company.

Founders Ian Jow and Eddie Willis have aspired to expand Willow RV’s range into motorhomes since they started the brand back in 2017. Both Ian and Eddie have extensive experience in motorhome manufacturing, having originally come to Australia for this very purpose in the early 2000s.

This expertise has played a key role in the development of Willow RV’s newest offering: the Kauri 25 series motorhome.

Built on the Iveco 50C chassis cab, the Kauri 25 boasts:

  • Rear-wheel drive
  • 4495kg gross vehicle mass (GVM)
  • Eight-speed automatic transmission
  • Select models drivable on a standard car licence
  • Three two-berth layouts, including slide-out options for maximised space
  • Fully insulated, high-quality composite construction

At 25ft long (7.62m), the Kauri 25 is the first step in Willow RV’s long-awaited expansion into the motorhome segment. With plans to broaden the range in coming years, Willow RV aims to establish itself as a major player in the Australian motorhome industry.
