Cub Campers has released its new F14 — a fusion of caravan and camper trailer with a low profile that’s sure to appeal to those looking for an affordable hybrid that will fit under the typical garage or car port.

Featuring a modern, sleek and sophisticated design, the F14 boasts the lowest profile of any Cub hybrid to date with a travelling height of 2.06m (6ft 8in), aimed to reduce wind drag, improve fuel economy and help reduce van sway. And best yet, it won't require an expensive tow vehicle to pull it.

Cub continues its tradition of tough Australian-made build quality with BlueScope steel welded in-house to form the chassis.

Tailor-made for couples looking to go offroad touring, the F14 has a tare weight of 1759kg* — nearly 200kg lighter than the industry standard for that size — and a ball weight of 190kg*, making the F14 the lightest Cub hybrid caravan to date.

This leaner and lighter hybrid doesn’t skimp on quality and innovative features with a spacious interior and an internal kitchenette boasting 50 per cent more storage and bench space than other Cub hybrids.

When it’s time to sleep, the F14 offers a standard Cub king pillow top mattress for optimal comfort. It can be optioned with an internal 115L Dometic NRX 115C fridge and a microwave.

Enjoy your favourite music through the four speaker Fusion Bluetooth stereo system, which includes two internal and two external speakers. Cool down inside or relax outside under the spacious Fiamma awning.

When it comes to standard off-grid capabilities, the F14 is equipped with a 150Ah lithium battery that comes with a five-year warranty. This battery is charged by a pair of 180W REDARC Electronics Monocrystalline solar panels. Once the sun sets, the H14 offers stylish lighting to illuminate both the interior and exterior.

The F14 features a 100L freshwater tank and a 50L grey water tank to cater to your off-grid water requirements. The F14 can be optioned to provide the ultimate off-grid experience with battery capacity up to 600Ah and up to 1080W of solar. In addition, up to 200L of freshwater is also available.

The F14 also now comes with an option for an internal ensuite for $6999, a package that includes an OGO Origin composting toilet — ideal for extended stays at your favourite off-grid campsite.

The F14’s hybrid design emphasises outdoor cooking, and it boasts the same premium outdoor kitchen found in the rest of the Cub hybrid caravan range. This kitchen includes a SMEV three-burner stainless steel stove and sink, along with Cub’s renowned textured stainless steel work surfaces. The F14 will also be the first Cub luxury hybrid caravan to feature an external galley pantry above the external kitchen. A darker colour scheme differentiates the F14 from other models in the Cub hybrid lineup, including the H16 that took home the Equal Overall Winner prize at Australia's Best Hybrids 2024 presented by Tough Dog 4WD Suspension.

Sitting comfortably in the Cub luxury hybrid caravan range, the F14 is available with popular options such as the Cruisemaster airbag suspension, air conditioning and more.

The F14 is available for a limited time from $74,990. For further information visit the Cub Campers website.
