The Ti22 T3 is designed for those who love going offroad and off-grid for extended periods
Starting out as a boutique brand in Victoria, Titanium Caravans has grown into one of Australia’s leading offroad caravan and hybrid manufacturers, vying for a spot at the top against Queensland’s massive offroad caravan market.
Proudly Australian owned and operated, Titanium Caravans is a Victorian-based company that has become one of the leading names in the Australian caravan industry, known for its range of premium offroad caravans and hybrids. The brand is dedicated to delivering the perfect balance between rugged capability and thoughtful functionality, and every van is designed to handle Australia’s harshest terrains while also offering the creature comforts that modern caravanners expect when heading off-grid.
Titanium’s journey
Titanium Caravans has been crafting premium offroad caravans since 2012. What began as a small family-owned business has now grown into one of Australia’s leading offroad caravan brands. Founded by father and son duo, Joe and Jason Grech, Titanium has continuously evolved its products to meet the ever-changing requirements of Aussie offroad adventurers. The brand shifted from traditional timber construction to strong yet lightweight aluminium frames around 10 years ago in order to improve durability and ensure every model can withstand Australia’s tough environments and offroad conditions.
Titanium is committed to constant innovation; 11 of the full-time staff members own Titanium vans, so they live the lifestyle and know what to look for and how to improve each model. The entire team helps field test every new van in real-world settings to ensure it's up to scratch. This hands-on approach and implementation of direct feedback from caravan owners and dealers ensures every new model meets the high standards of both performance and functionality that Titanium is known for.
With Joe retiring five years ago, Jason is now at the helm of the company which operates out of its purpose-built 5000sqm facility in Campbellfield, in Melbourne’s north. This modern facility was completed in 2022 and included a mass investment in high-tech machinery to scale up production and quality. The brand employs more than 100 people across its facilities, many of whom have been with the company since day one, and it has completed more than 2500 offroad caravans since 2012.

Titanium Caravans' range is built by caravanners, for caravanners. They know the caravanning life, what people need and how to test out every new model to ensure it can handle whatever challenges the Aussie landscape (and its caravanners) throw its way.
Built for offroad adventures
One of the standout characteristics of Titanium is its factory’s open-door policy, which allows anyone to visit at any time (via appointment) so they can watch their caravans being built firsthand. This transparency is a great feature for the company and allows customers and potential buyers to gain more insight into Titanium’s build process and dedication to high-quality, Australian-made designs.
Titanium’s entire manufacturing process is completed in-house, using not only its team of skilled engineers and technicians but also its own metal fabrication and furniture business. By building its own products and components, Titanium is able to control the supply, quality and design of every part and ensure it’s tailored for Australia’s tough offroad conditions.
Titanium uses high quality machinery and tools as well as technologies seen in the automotive and aviation industries, such as Henrob riveting, to ensure a strong and durable end product. The interlocking aluminium wall frames, one piece composite roof construction and tongue-in-groove furniture have all been designed specifically for offroad caravans, with a focus on light weight and durability.

Ongoing customer care
Titanium prides itself on its customer service, which goes beyond the purchase. Part of this after-sale customer care includes its Caravan Service Centre in Epping, Vic, just a short drive from the factory. This service centre features advanced tools and technology and a team of skilled technicians to ensure that every caravan remains in top condition and ready for its next adventure off the beaten track.
Services include a comprehensive 100-point check of the caravan, which covers all critical systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and internal and external components. Additionally, the centre also offers regular caravan servicing, caravan and motorhome insurance repairs, and modifications and renovations such as interior redesigns, exterior enhancements and installing new accessories such as battery and solar panels or a Wolf Fabrications rear bar.

Titanium’s Queensland expansion
An exciting development for Titanium (and Queensland-based caravanners) is that Titanium officially opened its first retail and service centre in Queensland last month. This new super centre is located in the Moreton Bay region, around 30km north of Brisbane, and is Titanium’s second factory-owned dealership. Having been competing with Queensland’s array of offroad caravan manufacturers for more than a decade, this new centre and dealership marks a great expansion for the Melbourne-based company.
This new centre brings Titanium’s high-quality customer experience to Queensland and mirrors the Melbourne showroom with features like an indoor display area, colours studio and lounge and projector bay, where customers can view a digital walkthrough of every Titanium layout. The centre also includes a dedicated service and repair workshop, much like its Victorian counterpart.
The new location hosted a successful open day in early February, attracting approximately 1500 people. This open day also showcased Titanium’s recently launched MY25 off-grid caravan range, which features a number of improvements such as new standard inclusions across the range, X-Plate external protection, raised laser-cut decals with the new ‘Ti’ logo and the increased range of Wolf Fabrications external accessories.

New South Wales caravanners can also see Titanium’s MY25 range at Caravans Coffs Coast, a dealership that specialises in hardcore offroad caravans and hybrids. As the name suggests, the dealership is based in the beautiful NSW town of Coffs Harbour, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Founded by Andrew and Sarah Altschwager back in 2008, Caravans Coffs Coast has been a Titanium Caravans dealer for more than 10 years and is a great addition to the brand’s east coast coverage.
